大統油品盤商求償　中市法制局提供法律諮詢

【黃任膺／台中報導】大統長基公司販售油品日前爆發黑心油爭議，消費者部分已由臺中市政府消保官協助退費求償，另有許多盤商面臨求償無門困境，市府法制局將主動提供法律諮詢服務，由專人免費協助盤商向法院聲請核發支付命令，向大統長基公司求償。
 
法制局局林月棗說，已請消保官協助消費者提出團體訴訟求償，但因《消費者保護法》中所指消費者，並不包含企業經營者，以致無法由消保官協助盤商團體訴訟，但將協助盤商法律諮詢服務，並協助向法院聲請支付命令。

林局長表示，臺中市大統油品受害盤商皆可至法制局請求協助，只要填寫核發支付命令登記表格後，（請至法制局網站首頁下載http://www.legal.taichung.gov.tw/或至法制局領取），以傳真或信件將表格傳回，並附退貨單之證明文件，法制局將協助製作支付命令聲請狀。有需要協助廠商可電洽04-22289111分機23600，或傳真至04-22542611免費諮詢。
