備 註： 這是一間三房一廳，樓下的機車停車位很好找， 吃的也很方便，走路到7-11只要半分鐘 這是一間小雅房，單人床、電腦桌、櫃子、化妝台、書櫃(我拿來放T桖) 沒有衣櫃，你可以放外面的公用衣櫃， 浴室只跟一位共用， 客廳很大，但我們很少使用，被拿來放雜物， 兩位室友都是女生，所以想找一位女室友來接我的房間， 不跟房東同住，也不會來，可以開伙、下廚， 裝潢不新，但很乾淨，牆壁沒有裂縫，家具也不會臭， 兩位室友各養一隻貓，可以偶爾帶朋友來， 但請不要帶男賓， 有公用陽台、洗衣機，可以曬衣服，空間很大， 他們倆個人很好相處，沒有抽菸跟不好的習慣， 不會半夜喧鬧、出入複雜之類的，都有正當職業。 我最近換了工作，每天通車要1個小時， 有點受不了想搬到附近去， 但我的租約到明年8月中，所以想找找看有沒有人可以接我的租約， (女、不抽菸、有正當職業) 一個月3500，雜費加一加接近4000， 入住的日期可以再討論， 我平常上班很忙，大概只有六日可以看房子， 有興趣可以再問我！謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.44.214
