通訊行購買手機問題請教 !!

想請問各位大大
小弟想為女友購買Sony Z1的手機
去了遠傳、台哥大等門市確認攜碼方案和手機價位
發覺跟外面通訊行的價格相差6千左右 (相同方案和綁約條件下)
其中一家HTC門市人員說因為有些通訊行會賣瑕疵的手機
比如說有點小問題經維修後，門市不能當新品賣給消費者時
就會給外面的通訊行再以高價差的方式賣出
請問真的是這樣嗎?

價差6千很誘人，但很怕買到有問題的手機
因為當時我家人也在通訊行買過三星的手機
價格也是比門市便宜很多
但購入後送修兩次才換新品
