標題[請益] 富強鑫研發替代役

各位大大好 小弟的好友國立科大動機系碩畢 目前已經拿到富強鑫研發替代役的offer(N-11)(沒提到年終跟獎金加班費等等) 面試職缺是研發中心副理，主管說主要進實驗室、接計畫、設計實驗等等 未來可能為工程師或者基層產線主管，主管說工時8:05~17:30周休二日 想要對這間公司的制度、文化、風氣想要有更深入的了解、實際工時 不知道版上有沒有前幾屆的研替學長可以分享一下經驗?(爬文跟網路資料很少) 也想請教各位大大的看法 感謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.12.135
