怪問題…請大家協助

小弟幫同事升級PC，因為同事要求不高，所以小弟只買了舊型775主機板（新品）+E8400CPU來升級而已
主機板型號是技嘉 EP31-DS3L
但重裝OS時，就發生一個怪問題，OS安裝過程中很順也沒異常發生
但是一旦裝完重開機後…就會發生以下畫面

左下角出現個E1就再也不動了…很怪的是，只有選擇HD開機才會這樣
若選光碟機開機都很正常…
小弟更新過BIOS也一樣，換了HD測試也一樣
只要是從這台PC安裝的OS，重開機後都無法從HD開機
不知道是否有人遇過…
