徵 求 者：長庚醫院實習學生 欲租種類：雅房(不得有其他房型) 性 別：男 徵求地點：桃園龜山 新北林口 近林口長庚醫院佳 聯絡方式：站內信 預定租金：每月租金5000以內(加上水電費的大概價格) 坪數格局：一坪為3.30582平方公尺，約比一雙人床稍大，請勿搞錯。 隔間材質：無 設備要求：至少有床板、桌子、椅子、衣櫃、置物櫃等基本家具 另外還有熱水器、洗衣機(可跟其他人共用)等等 網路有的話佳 也可之後自己牽 其他要求：1. 有對外窗佳，衛生乾淨，衛浴設備無故障 2. 樓層不拘，若高層樓希望有電梯 3. 房東能接受短期租約(半年左右，之後滿意的話希望能續住) 備 註： 本人生活單純 愛乾淨 不抽菸不酗酒不吵鬧 無不良嗜好 無寵物 實習過程每月有固定津貼 所以租金絕不會拖欠 預計明年二月中之後隨時可入住 若有人缺室友共租公寓雅房也歡迎來信討論 謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.192.119.25
