【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨還未正式展出，但命運有點多舛，繼昨天右翅被磨破皮後，今天右臉頰又被纜繩「上妝」，小鴨黃澄澄的臉龐硬生生多了1條油漬；議長黃景泰表示，會想辦法清除油漬，還給小鴨最可愛的面容。
