國防部：海軍潛艦已接收魚叉飛彈

立院外交國防委員會明天將進行「對美軍事交流及軍購現況」專案報告。國防部在報告中指出，美國批准售台的潛射魚叉攻船飛彈，今年已經開始交付給國軍，現役三個愛國者飛彈連，已有兩個完成更新，引進愛國者三型飛彈。不過美方仍批評我國國防預算偏低，質疑缺乏足夠自衛決心。

這項專案報告將由軍政副部長夏立言負責，這也是夏立言於上個月就任後，首度到立院外交國防委員會報告。
