保全罵住戶「哭爸」　檢：情緒言語不起訴

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名陳姓大樓男管理員和李姓住戶因社區管制磁卡更換問題發生爭執，陳男脫口而出「哭爸」被告。台北地檢署調查後，認為「哭爸」是情緒性言語，昨做出不起訴處分。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢方指出，雖用詞不雅，但被告否認罵人，因李姓住戶講話大聲已吵了1小時，吵得他沒辦法工作，才講了「哭爸」，非針對李姓住戶加以羞辱貶抑，難認有主觀犯意。檢方說，「哭爸」是台灣民間俗語，意指家中喪父的辦喪情形，形容他人很吵之語。
