標題[問題] 想轉租目前套房的疑慮 問問大家

各位好 因為沒有發過自介文 也不是常來桃園板的朋友(我是三蘆版的) 但是想請各位幫我解答一下 我女友在桃園是靠近車站(走路3分鐘)的位置租了一間套房約7坪 一個月是6500 是6月底租的 但是因為這學期的學分唯恐會21 可能考慮休學了 想找人轉租這間套房(還沒找到) 但是還沒跟房東討論過 押金13000也付了 很怕違約的問題產生 導致押金13000拿不回來 想請問各位 如果私下轉租給別人 而還是由我付房租給房東的話 會有什麼樣問題產生嗎 因為租約期等學校結束大約是半年 不想因為半年而被扣押2個月押金13000 麻煩各位解答了 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.153.156
