筆電開RC的MIC會有雜音...

我的筆電在使用RC開啟講話的時候，會有雜音，MIC會顯示一直發話的狀態，別人都只聽到雜音，插耳麥跟不插都會有...
請問該怎麼辦呢?

另外我的耳麥是火力狙擊X5電競專用耳麥~是沒有多出一根講話的那種，講話好像都沒聲音，請問要怎麼使用呢?有人也是使用這種耳麥的嗎?
