鬆綁法規吸引人才　管中閔：讓台灣也出現賈柏斯

【林海／台北報導】為了提高台灣創業環境的友善程度，經建會主委管中閔表示，已經擬定方案希望從法規限制鬆綁上著手來吸引創業人才，兩個星期內就會向行政院長江宜樺報告，「要讓台灣出現Jobs，或是國際上的Jobs願意來台。」
 
管中閔上午接受電台訪問時提到，新加坡政府鼓勵人才到新加坡創業，但重新盤點台灣的環境發現，台灣的規矩多如牛毛，重點就是想方設法不讓別人來，因此希望把規矩拿開，鬆綁的範圍遠遠超過停留、薪水課稅、出入境等方面。
 
管中閔說，經建會日前才推出天使基金，提供年輕創業者創始資金，這是一個起點，配合擬定中的法規鬆綁方案，以及後續項櫃買中心提供的創業板，整合成一套，藉著整體環境的改造，把門戶都打開，讓活水源源不絕的來，國外創業者可以找到包含人才、資金、知識新的活水，這3項是知識經濟的關鍵，弄好了，台灣就會變成創新的環境。」
