請問，最近要買一預售屋，因為是跟認識的建商所購買，建商給的價錢比公司的訂價少10萬，500變490,而最近要簽約了，認識的建商說，因為低於公司的價錢10萬，公司無法做履約保證，除非加10萬才行，可是這樣聽怪怪的，手續費不是萬分之六嗎？想請問大家我該怎麼做呢？謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.45.100
