標題[問題] note 3 lte 內建相片編輯軟體會當

請教各位 我是在東x購物訂粉色lte的n3 全虹保固 11/5出廠 聲至出貨 昨天收到 在使用內建相片編輯時 只要選加邊框就會整個畫面當住 等了1-2分鐘才跳出無回應要等待還是關閉 爬了01前輩們po文似乎是韌體版本相衝 重置手機兩次結果一樣…… 有人說軟體更新就改善了 但我的n3收到時本來最新更新的4.3 也有人說得會原廠重刷韌體 也有一說是等軟體梗新 不知該怎麼處理才好 第一次使用三星的手機 申請換貨嗎?還是退貨？ 因為是全虹 我住台東 是直接送全虹門市嗎？ 我不確定台東有無三星維修站 請教各位使用n3的版友是否有這經驗分享 謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.38.102
