手機續約後悔問題

問題是這樣的

我媽遠X手機已經到期，想轉到台灣，然後他在一家非直營的手機店轉到台灣，手機店說需要兩天工作時間，結果今天12號我媽不太會用新的手機，然後1.2卡分別插入了遠傳跟台灣的門號，要撥打出去無法撥打，
就去了台灣大哥大直營店，店員就用我老媽的手機撥打店員手機是空號，結果跟我老媽說可以在他這裡辦理續約，還會送他一支新手機，結果我媽就被他騙了..現在原本非直營手機店說這支手機已經在其他地方辦理過續約了要賠他們手機的錢，請問可以向台灣大哥大解約嗎?
