1、 房屋地點：台中市北屯區11期 2、 房屋屋齡：10年內 3、 房屋類型：電梯大樓 4、 所在樓層：6F以上 5、 房屋坪數：室內約25坪左右 6、 房屋格局：3房2廳2衛 7、 房屋座向： 南或東(客廳的最大面窗) 8、 屋前巷(路)寬：可會車即可 9、 購屋預算 :1000左右 10、 有無陽台：至少有後陽台 11、 有無停車位：需平面車位 12、 交通：不限 13、 附帶條件說明： 1.總坪數約40坪左右最好。 2.衛浴至少一組要開窗。 3.找11期的房子，或是周遭環境類似亦可。 4.公設比不要過高。 5.不要有重大風水問題，例如壁刀。 找了半年了，目前看過光之建築、欣光水蓮、富宇四季、仁美大觀 香草天空、窗的博物館、履幸福、四季水蓮、勝美漾、竹心苑、太子地球村等 但一直無看到想要的物件。(基本上網路有的全都看過了) 以上幾個社區的地理位置都可接受。比較喜歡香草天空、光之建築、履幸福。 要麻煩各位板上的房仲介紹一些沒有在網路上面的物件或是適合條件的屋子。 14、 聯絡資訊：最好以站內信方式連絡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.166.162.93 ※ 編輯: TheKerrigan 來自: 218.166.162.93 (01/12 22:37)
