標題[問題] 中華新辦不綁約保證金問題

日前新辦183+上網950型的門號，因為是沒綁約，所以跟我收了一筆2900的保證金，(若45天內退租就扣保證金) 我想問的是這筆保證金45天後能拿回嗎？還是必須等之後退租時才拿的到呢？ ps 我個人沒有要np，只是單純不想綁約而已 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.237.157
