影星劉德華1997年來台拍攝電影《情義之西西里島》，向德安航空租直升機拍攝打鬥戲，沒想到過程中劉德華不小心踢到操縱桿，導致直升機旋翼葉片傾斜受損，最高法院21日判劉德華須賠償267萬8490元定讞。

據報導，劉德華因拍攝電影過程中，不慎誤觸操縱桿，導致直升機旋翼葉片傾斜受損，遭到德安航空提告。德安航空主張，劉德華演出有過失，且永盛娛樂製作公司也未依指示，清空旋翼範圍的物品，導致事後德安航空花錢修理葉片。

台灣高等法院更二審認定，劉德華基於劇情需要，誤觸操縱桿，應負4成過失，但德安航空的駕駛沒有管制乘客進入駕駛艙，也應負6成過失。

高院更二審則判定，劉德華須賠償267萬8490元，而永盛娛樂製作公司則因不是簽約租機者，因此免罰。經最高法院駁回上訴，判決定讞。
