手機平板記憶體空間被吃了?

我的平板(三星的)內建4G記憶體的空間一直回不來
我本來平板內有下載四五個遊戲，然後幾天後就出現了記憶體空間不足的標示
我就想說把幾個ＡＰＰ刪掉看看好了，結果我把我好幾個遊戲和應用程式刪掉後記憶體的空間居然沒有增加？！
而且我從應用程式管理員那邊看我的記憶體是剩下２８０ＭＢ
但是儲存空間那只顯示１６９ＭＢ
從電腦看我剩餘可以用的空間也有47.4ＭＢ
我把平板清除快取／資料後可以用的空間還是沒有多
現在我的手機連載個把程式移到ＳＤ卡的ＡＰＰ都沒辦法
請問還有其他方法可以搶救嗎？還是說只能重整平板把記憶全清空？

還有如果之前有買過ＡＰＰ的話再重新安裝程式還可以找回遊戲記憶和購買記錄嗎？
