俄侵烏克蘭 歐巴馬擬拒出席G8高峰會

G8年度高峰會6月初將在剛結束2014冬奧的俄國索契舉行，但白宮官員2月28日說，如果歐巴馬判斷莫斯科干預烏克蘭主權，他可能不出席高峰會。其他歐洲領袖也在考慮要不要去。28日稍早，歐巴馬接獲已有數百俄國部隊進入克里米亞的報告後，警告說，如果俄國侵犯烏克蘭主權，將會有「代價」。
