不好意思 又要麻煩大家 最近又看到在永和一間30年的公寓 約21坪 開價是1100 大約已經賣了4~5個月 但查實價登錄 屋主去年5月才入手 830萬 有請仲介跟屋主談 本身是希望900內可以買到 但屋主似乎是希望可以到950 想請問大家 我該跟屋主繼續談呢 還是放棄再找別間 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.6.66
