公司 目前(欣興) 東貝光 PCB廠 光電廠 地點 桃園 三重 職稱 製程工程師 研發工程師 工時 8:30~19:30 8:30~18:00 有時會更晚 人資說的，詳情未知 通勤時間 機車30min開車45min 騎車15min 薪水 NK*13 (N-5.5)K*14 (人資預估有14) 加班 加班費有管制 加班換補休 福利 爛 未知 本來私立大學畢業，目前已在欣興工作兩年， 但因工作內容常常沒有分配很好，所以導致整個工作風氣沒有很好 目前萌生離職的念頭。目前面試這一家已確定拿到OFFER， 想請問一下各位，如果是你們，你們會選擇換嗎? 原因為何? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.227.130
