急!!20點!手機安裝APP&VPN的問題

我的手機是SONY XPERIA Z
前陣子因為手機老是跳出"讀取錯誤 請在試一次"的提醒
加上外殼配件問題拿去送修

修完之後我想載非play商店的APP卻載不下來了
但是送修前還載的下來
例如:Tubemate、Qoo遊戲下載助手裡的遊戲

請問可能是哪裡出了問題?
我已經將手機設定成允許安裝來源不明的應用程式

還有我的VPN選擇完國家後按了ACCPEPT 跟 CONNECT，他卻不讓我勾選"我信任這個應用程式"，請問問題到底出在哪裡???
