【動新聞】逃生門被焊死　頂樓竄煙一場虛驚

宜蘭縣羅東鎮中正北路一間七層樓住商混和大樓，上午11時許傳出火警，因該棟大樓有保險公司、旅遊業及就業服務中心等，上百名前往洽公的民眾及住戶衝出。
 
消防局獲報派遣羅東及廣興消防分隊前往灌救，頂樓瀰漫濃煙，警消在頂樓逃生門發現囤放在逃生梯間的培養土及雜物疑不明原因起火燃燒，緊急滅火，結束虛驚。不過灌救時赫然發現，頂樓一處逃生門的門栓，竟被不明人士焊死，影響救災與逃生，已要求該棟大樓改善，至於起火原因還要調查。（林泊志／宜蘭報導）
