台鐵後壁站列車冒進事件　司機、車長記大過

台鐵昨發生後壁站內西正線第3138次屏東開往嘉義區間車，冒進號誌擠壞第13號轉轍器事件，經行車保安會調查後發現，肇事原因是第3138次司機員及車長未確認出發號誌逕行開車，導致冒進擠壞轉轍器，經司機員發現後立即停車，後續列車因有號誌防護，並無追撞的可能。
 
台鐵今天也立即將相關人員進行懲處，第3138次車乘務員高雄機務段司機員、嘉義車班組車長各記大過1次並調離現職。高雄機務段指導主任、嘉義車班組主任各記過1次。高雄機務段段長、副段長，高雄運務段段長、副段長各申誡2次，運務處處長、副處長，機務處處長、副處長各申誡1次。第3153次司機員機警發現障礙，處置得宜，記功1次。（陳如嬌/台北報導）
