（中央社莫斯科4日綜合外電報導）克里姆林宮表示，歐洲安全暨合作組織（OSCE）輪值主席，也就是瑞士總統柏克哈特（Didier Burkhalter），將在7日走訪莫斯科，磋談烏克蘭危機。

法新社報導，俄羅斯總統蒲亭與德國總理梅克爾電話交談後，克里姆林宮在聲明中說，柏克哈特預定7日飛抵莫斯科。

聲明說：「蒲亭與梅克爾同聲強調，國際採取有效行動，特別是歐洲安全合作組織，在緩解烏克蘭緊張情勢的重要性。」

蒲亭指出，基輔親西方領袖與烏克蘭東部親俄分離主義分子必須建立對話。
