2014/4 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/30031965 電話：02-2792-5009 地址：台北市內湖區成功路四段182巷6弄13號 位在原本德安百貨後方的麵店 說起來也算是生意穩健 兩個店面~每張桌子都乾淨的擺設好 只不過餐具得自己拿取~ 劍筍是店家擺放的小菜 滷過之後 再拌上肉末~蔥跟紅蘿蔔 味道有些偏甜~ 炸天婦羅 因為是現炸 所以口感上還算酥脆 沾著醬汁吃 醬汁也算是偏甜的味道 個人還滿喜歡紅燒肉的 應該是所謂的三層肉 因此吃起來還挺有口感~ 配上酥酥的外皮也不賴 可惜的是如出一轍的醬汁 變化性似乎少了點~ 滷肉飯的外表看起來偏白 有點像是家常的滷絞肉 跟一般的滷肉飯有點不一樣 對我而言 有點像是媽媽的味道~ 這碗海鮮泡菜刀削麵 個人頗為喜歡的 刀削麵是用菠菜做的 所以有著天然的綠色 泡菜的湯頭不會過嗆 剛剛好的辣跟酸 給的配料也多~ 有蝦~豬肝~豆腐~魷魚等等 以份量來說不算貴~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.69.251.112 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1399270177.A.FAD.html
