鼓勵精障者走出戶外，民進黨請吃漢堡

關懷弱勢新方法！民進黨金門縣黨部今日招待晨光教養院29位大小院童吃漢堡，鼓勵他們走出戶外、重回社會。

黨部主委陳滄江表示，關懷弱勢不應只在逢年過節，而是要持續性的進行；未來黨部將設計踏青、烤肉等戶外活動，邀請資源較為缺乏的團體參與，讓他們感受社會關懷的全面性。
