自稱軍火民 男子擁槍遭逮

（中央社記者林恆立南投縣4日電）南投縣一名有毒品前科的男子，平日擁槍自重，在地方上自稱「軍火民」，警方搜出改造手槍將他逮捕，今天移送法辦。

南投縣警察局竹山分局日前接獲線報，活動於竹山地區的40餘歲無業謝姓男子，有多次吸食毒品前科，平日擁槍枝自重，因姓名有個「民」字，在地方上自稱為「軍火民」，行徑囂張。

竹山分局長蔡詳忠獲悉後，甚為重視，為防止謝嫌吸食毒品後發生類似台北捷運殺人案件，立即指派偵查隊組成專案小組布線查緝，經派員埋伏跟監，掌握行蹤，昨晚持搜索票執行搜索。

警方當場查獲謝嫌持有改造手槍1把、彈夾1個、子彈3顆、彈殼3個等違禁物，全案今天依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例解送南投地檢署偵辦，另將查扣槍械送刑事警察局彈道比對，分析是否涉及其他槍擊案件，擴大偵辦。1030604
