白河林初埤遭濫倒廢土要罰

適值白河蓮花季，大批遊客湧入白河蓮鄉賞蓮，發現林初埤周邊遭濫倒建築廢棄物及家具，有礙觀瞻，向白河區公所反映，因此，白河清潔隊派員清除，並豎立起警告標誌，清潔隊強調，一旦查獲濫倒者，絕不寬待。

白河清潔隊長吳燿州表示，多次接獲通報，但對方摸黑偷倒，且附近田間小道沒有監視器，根本抓不到行為人。他認為，如地主未善盡管理之責，依法也可開單處分，籲請地主本身也要善盡管理的責任。
