央行最近打房打的很兇 1.降低第二戶以上貸款成數 2.降低豪宅標準(北市7000萬,北縣5000?萬) 3.第三戶以上貸款擬取消寬限期 4.非自用住宅利率提升 5.奢侈稅不用說了 很明顯的是在"打炒房" 而非"打房價" 所以買房的人要套牢並不容易,但要高報酬也不再容易 還有一個原因 台灣今年的M1A(流動性高的貨幣總量) 都是正成長 因此政府非常刻意的要讓房市交易量縮 把資金引導入股市 雖然現在股市9500點 但是感覺現在才要開始 股市破萬感覺是必然的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.105.9.148 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1404942781.A.152.html
