被高雄市政府認定為氣爆禍首的李長榮化工，今天中午在台灣證券交易所重大訊息網站公告，基於偵查不公開，在檢方公布偵查結果前，無法對外說明。

榮化公司在公司發言管道手機關機、斷絕外界聯繫後，今天針對媒體報導高雄市政府認定禍首為榮化，中午12時4分以重大訊息公告方式指出，2日開挖，應檢方的要求對於開挖的結果不得對外表示意見，基於偵查不公開，在檢方公布偵查結果之前，榮化無法對外說明。

榮化發言人潘俐霖於公告中指出，對所有的安全措施及相關善後事宜，做全面的處理。對於調查單位後續開挖及釐清相關事實所需要的資料，榮化會充分提供、全面配合。(中央社)
