求蛙式動作指導及自由式基本動作

各位前輩大家好.小時候游泳課不學好都沒學換氣.最近為了想比三鐵開始去泳池練習.剛開始朋友教蛙式換氣到上網看蛙式教學而自由式式完全不行...
目前自測50M標準池蛙式1500M 45分.前兩天稍微修正踢水50M可以從1分30秒進步到1分12-13秒左右
感覺動作上還是沒什麼效率.麻煩各位提點~
而自由式則完全還在溺水狀態50M就要休息了.過程前面30M還算順利後面20M會很喘越來越急
