拍數學奧林匹亞代表隊故事　BBC來台取景

英國廣播公司（BBC）去年拍攝電影《X+Y》，描述英國培訓國際數學奧林匹亞代表隊的故事，由於台灣長期在數奧表現優異，吸引BBC來台取景。《聯合報》報導，BBC去年來台北市大同高中、士林夜市、西門町等地取景，也找九章數學基金會，以及曾獲數奧金牌得主、科學工業園區實驗高中2年級陳伯恩指導演員如何表現數學家的神情。
 
《X+Y》男主角巴特菲爾德（Asa Butterfield）飾演溝通能力不佳、卻熱中數學的天才少年Nathan，片中並描述他從自閉兒童到成為英國數學國手的故事。然而，此片並未確定是否在台灣上映。（生活中心／台北報導）
