不只股市價格高漲。債券與房市看來價格也嫌太高，耶魯大學教授且為諾貝爾獎得主席勒(Robert Shiller)周二警告。

席勒告訴CNBC電視台，債券市場「看來昂貴。」他說，30年期抗通膨債券(TIPS)殖利率低於1%，有些奇怪。

「民眾怎會認為，我們30年都無法獲得無風險報酬？太奇怪了。這看來有點像泡沫。債券與股市都可能回檔，」席勒說。

席勒說，他對房屋市場也感到意外，房價自2009年低點上漲了約25%。

「我們看見房屋市場出現了榮景，」他說。「股市與債市價格太高，現在看來房屋市場可能走著相同方向。」
