請問群暉自己的雲端硬碟同步時可以限定上傳的速率嗎？

因為有時會在區往內同步影片，但不知道為何每次同步影片時所有內部區網整個上網速度都趨近掛點，常會出現網路無回應等訊息，明顯是頻寬被整個佔據住導致外網掛點。
這邊想請教是不是可以在同步選項那限制同步頻寬呢？我影片檔有時會超過2G以上，電影啊、A片啊、連續劇啦，不一定，就是希望在區網內同步後在外面可以隨時看
