煮麵時水好容易溢出該怎麼辦?加點「沙拉油」就能搞定!

煮麵時,只要一不留意,水很容易溢出來、弄髒台面。

其實在水滾、下麵條前,先加一些「沙拉油」就能防止煮麵水溢出來喔!因為浮在水面的油,在水中形成了表面張力,所以煮麵水就算很滾也不會溢出。

其實除了沙拉油外,只要是料理油皆可,但這些油一定要在下麵條之前先放,如果放了麵再放油,就沒有效了!

另外,油不要放太多,讓它稍微浮在表面就好,太多的話,麵會變成油油的!大家可以試試喔!
