老婆跟別人親嘴　告小王通姦不起訴

桃園賴姓男子懷疑老婆有小王，去年3月4日晚間尾隨老婆外出，發現她開車前往呂姓男子（35歲）的大樓住處，賴男在樓下守了快6個多小時，終見老婆開車出來，並和呂男在車上親嘴，氣得對呂男提出通姦告訴。呂男堅稱係賴妻買了新手機，要將舊手機的資料備份到新手機，才會去他住處，二人並未發生性行為，親吻賴妻只是一種禮貌，由於沒有直接証據顯示二人有染，桃園地檢署今予以不起訴處分。（張沛森／桃園報導）
