嘉義新港，這處淳樸的鄉鎮，近年卻越發繽紛活潑，繼融入交趾陶工藝的板頭社區之後，今年又冒出一座北崙青蛙彩繪村，社區內的阿公阿嬤們把老屋外牆當畫布，拿起彩筆，從村子裡一路畫到堤防邊，農村聚落頓時顯得十分卡通，也讓台灣方興未艾的彩繪風，持續向前推進。
