標題[問題] 筆電藍芽無法使用

我的筆電是Lenovo Z510 原本用藍芽在傳送手機中的檔案一切正常 過沒多久突然藍芽就無法使用了 我到電腦設定>電腦與裝置 原本會有個藍芽的選項 現在整個消失了 去裝置管理員發現一個項目寫"未知的USB裝置(要求裝置描述元失敗)" 我不確定原本有沒有 我是因為藍芽突然消失了才想找找哪裡出了問題 請問這兩者間有關聯嗎? 又該如何解決呢? 我有按更新驅動程式也沒幫助 也去Lenovo官網找Z510藍芽驅動程式安裝 但安裝卻顯示no appropriate driver to be installed 請問問題是出在哪呢? 我真的很急 麻煩大家了 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.240.213.127 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1410201425.A.39C.html
