先生外遇之後
妻子應當在知情後半年內進行提告

如未在時間內進行提告等同於認同先生外遇

所以以現階段來講
女方已經不可以針對男方的外遇進行追訴

目前這方面
由於是女方外遇，所以女方並無資格要求離婚
因為男方已無違反離婚十大要件

所以這場離婚官司若是女方提的，
那絕對不會勝訴

除非男方也答應離婚

但是若雙方都同意離婚
針對夫妻財產共有制來講
女方有權利要求男方拿出一半的財產平分

不過由於女方外遇
所以建議男方進行提告

控告女方與第三者通姦、妨礙家庭
如此一來，男方非但不用支付任何贍養費用

女方跟其第三者還必須賠償男方金錢
