藝人小CALL自拍過第一本全裸寫真集後，據說最近還要出第二本，趁著減肥有成（從45公斤瘦到39.5公斤），153.5公分的她，竟然因為減肥成功得意忘形，在臉書分享裸泳照片，經紀人小琪說：「小CALL現在變得更會保養、愛護自己，不僅私密處更健康，連乳頭也變粉紅，她是因為瘦身有成才跟大家分享，因為她若瘦下來我要招待她出國。」（葉文正／台北報導）
