有女士到美容院接受激光療程，原以為可去斑美白，怎料反刺激皮膚，引致紅腫及發炎，美容院卻以補濕面膜治療了事，拖足十天才着事主求醫。專科醫生認為美容院做法不專業，建議市民進行光學療程前，應找醫生診斷。

 

任職模特兒的黃小姐，六月初接到 UNIQUE BEAUTY的電話，推銷光學療程優惠，遂上門查詢，美容師力推激光療程可「去印、去暗粒、美白、去皺」，黃覺得吸引，於是即場購買十次面部激光療程，總值三千元，並先付一千五百元。
