促谷歌護隱私 歐6國發指南

（路透布魯塞爾25日電）歐洲6個個資隱私監管單位調查谷歌（Google）後，今天發給谷歌一大堆指導原則，希望讓這個搜尋引擎巨擘搜集和儲存使用者資料的作法，符合歐洲聯盟法律。

歐盟多個保護組織組成的第29條資料保護工作小組（Article 29 Data Protection Working Party）送給谷歌可遵循的一系列措施，如詳細說明蒐集使用者個資的目的以及哪些第三方企業實體也可以蒐集使用者資料。

谷歌去年整合逾60套產品的隱私權政策、統整旗下YouTube、Gmail和谷歌地圖等服務的使用者個資，且未給使用者「選擇退出」的功能選項，因此遭義大利、法國、西班牙、德國、英國和荷蘭監管單位調查。

谷歌發言人費尼（Al Verney）說，谷歌對監管單位的回應抱持開放態度，也期待進一步商討指導原則的內容。

費尼說：「我們與歐洲各國不同的隱私保護當局合作，解釋我們的隱私政策變革。」中央社（翻譯）
