2014仁川亞運今晚閉幕，北韓人民軍總政治局局長黃炳誓今天率團出席閉幕典禮，搭機由平壤經黃海直航抵仁川，中午與青瓦台國家安保室室長金寬鎮等南韓高層官員餐敘。

另據南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」報導，南韓國務總理鄭烘原計劃本屆亞運閉幕前，會晤來訪的黃炳誓等人。

報導說，北韓勞動黨中央書記兼統一戰線部部長金養健說，北韓代表團這次來訪，盼鞏固南北韓關係。包括黃炳誓和北韓勞動黨中央委員會書記崔龍海，都出席了午餐餐敘。

金養健表示，非常高興能夠與在座的高層官員共進午餐，更感謝南韓方面的熱烈款待。

報導指出，他表示，因參加閉幕式並慰問參加亞運的北韓選手而到訪南韓。

金寬鎮則說，秋季是收穫的季節，南北韓關係也該有成果，希望兩韓共同努力，推動雙邊關係取得進展。(中央社)
