我學生約快到了 就去客服問說 我想繼續續約學生可以嗎?
但客服人員卻回我說一個身分正只能申辦一次
請問是這樣嗎?
因為我之前也是有問過客服 續約 但他說可以還可以搭配4g免預繳
不知道是不是在跟我開玩笑
兩個人都回答不一樣
