標題[心得] 台北和平醫院體檢

　　　 早上去台北市立聯合醫院和平院區做了司特的體檢， 因為不用抽血，所以體檢完可以"立刻"拿回紅色體檢表唷！！ 　　　如果想要迅速拿到報告的朋友，可以去那。 　　　 　　　體檢流程： 　　 　　　　１、體檢的地方位於A棟二樓，上去之後，先填綠色單子， 　　　　　　上面要貼張照片，所以記得自己要多帶一張二吋的照片， 　　　　　　不然就只能像我一樣花150去快照了XD 　　　　　　 　　　　２、填完單就在櫃台掛號，如果想等待時間少一點的話， 　　　　　　可以在他的營業時間剛開始就去掛， 　　　　　　不然像我今天大概快十點到，等了一個小時才做完。 　　　　３、體檢室其實就一般的診間啦，左邊診間是測量視力， 　　　　　　完全用機器測量。右邊診間就是醫生所在。 　　　　　　先量視力，之後再去找醫生，醫生會開照射X光的單子給你。 　　　　　　拿著單子去繳費。 　　　　４、費用的話總共570。 　　　　　　X光費　　200 　　　　　　體檢費　 370 　５、X光照完之後就可以回右邊診間找醫生， 　　　　　　醫生會判讀X光的結果。 　　　　　　OK的話就合格，領表回家囉！ 　　　　６、整個流程其實滿快的，重點就是等待的時間。 　　　　　　如果去太晚的話，應該會等滿久的。 　　　　７、營業時間：上午8-11；下午1-5。。。 ８、考選部寄來的紅色體檢單記得也要貼上照片帶去唷， 　　　　　　那張才是重點XD 　　　　　　以上，祝大家都順利通過體檢啦！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.248.68.46 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1413174865.A.6A6.html ※ 編輯: DR2510 (111.248.68.46), 10/13/2014 12:40:23
