炸完食材的油,因為只用過一次,還很乾淨。所以媽媽們通常會留著,供以後炒菜時使用。然而炸完的油裡,難免會有一些麵衣等食材屑屑,該如何濾乾淨呢?我有一個很簡單又好用的方法!

各位朋友,看得出來它是誰嗎?答案就是「咖啡濾紙」!沒錯,只要將咖啡濾紙放在玻璃瓶的瓶口,再把用的油緩緩倒入,就可以濾乾淨囉!

如果家裡沒有咖啡濾紙,也可以用廚房紙巾代替,一樣好用!
