標題[問題] 金山的農地值錢嗎?

想請問各位 因為實在不懂土地 家裡有一塊土地位在金山 將近1萬5千坪 是阿公留下來的祖產 因為持有的人蠻多的 加上有些親戚都蠻難搞的一直都沒有劃分 從我小時候到現在也要10年了 土地一直都沒辦法處理掉 可以確定的是我爸可以分到一千坪 假設這一千坪是農地的話 限制就比較多 但如果是建地的話 是不是就可以朝咖啡店或是民宿來發展呢? 因為土地真的放在哪很久了 很想幫忙處理掉 不知道有沒有什麼比較好的方法或建議呢? 謝謝各位了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 58.86.130.132 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1413794913.A.408.html
