大家好!

本身在香港，我有中級滑浪風帆的資格，今次到台灣都想試下不同地方的水上活動。
想問，11月台中有什麼地方(較浪少，風向穩定的為好)可以租借風浪板?

另外，想了解安全措施方面 eg.救生衣，**萬一回不到岸會如何處理等。
